Kevin Costner Selling Montecito Estate For $60 Million

This is insane!

Kevin Costner is selling his sprawling Montecito estate for a whopping $60 million, People reports. The property is spread over 10 acres of beachfront land, and it has 500-feet of private beach.

The actor purchased this place ten years ago for approximately $30 million, so he stands to make a pretty hefty profit.

The home itself, built in 1942, is quite modest. It boasts 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, as well as unbelievable views and lots of privacy.

Neighbors include Oprah, Ellen, and Drew Barrymore, to name a few.

The Oscar winner also has homes in Aspen and Los Angeles, so it's not like he won't have a roof over his head.

Ellen And Portia List Santa Barbara Villa For $45 Million

We would buy this place in a heartbeat if we had some extra cash lying around!

Ellen Degeneres and wife Portia De Rossi are selling their sprawling Santa Barbara estate for a whopping $45 million, People reports. The talk show host and the actress purchased the mansion, located in Montecito, in 2013 for $26.5 million.

Once they became the owners of this posh pad, they bought two of the neighboring lots and increased their land to almost 17 acres. The residence boasts 6 bedrooms, 6 full bathrooms and 2 half baths, as well as a library, formal dining room, a sunken tennis court, and an outdoor pool.

It was originally built in the 1930s by architect Wallace Frost, who was inspired by Italian architecture, thus the rustic-meets-modern vibe.

There is a lot of indoor/outdoor space, as well as beautiful views of the Pacific Ocean. There are eucalyptius and olive trees strewn about the property, which add to the charm.

"The surrounding gardens and olive trees are almost as wonderful as the interior. The house truly feels like it was built out of the landscape, rather than plopped on a plot. It feels ancient, like it’s been there forever. Like that hill was never without the house. This is a home that honors nature, and I love that," the Emmy winner wrote in her book Home.

The couple have quite the real estate portfolio, but we're kinda wondering what's going on...

They are in the process of trying to offload their Beverly Hills condo for $7 million, and they recently dumped their Hollywood Hills home for $9.9 million.

Could there be trouble in paradise? Or are they simply making room for new purchases?

Gwyneth Paltrow And Chris Martin Slash $4.25 Million Off The Original Listing Price For NYC Penthouse

They're trying desperately to uncouple from this place!

Gwyneth Paltrow and Chris Martin just re-listed their NYC penthouse for $10 million, which is a lot less than what they were originally asking for it.

The former couple first listed it back in March with a $14.25 million price tag, then reduced it to $12.85 million before taking it off the market last November. Even so, the pair paid only $5.1 million for residence back in 2007, so they still stand to make a profit off the sale.

The 3,892 square-foot loft, located in Tribeca, boasts 3 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, as well as expansive living and dining rooms and a gourmet kitchen.

Considering their kids go to school on the West Coast and they aren't together anymore, they really have no use for a Big Apple crash pad!
